IMPORTANT: Wear & Tear on Goalkeeper Gloves
If you're returning gloves due to palm wear and tear, please CLICK HERE to read our advice. Like all goalkeeper glove brands, we cannot guarantee glove palms as wear and tear is affected by many factors beyond our control.

⛔ Our warehouse team is unable to discuss wear and tear or review emailed images. For a product to be considered for refund or exchange, the product must be returned to the J4K warehouse.
Returning Products
You can return your item to J4K within 30 days of purchase, as long as it hasn’t been personalised and is in its original condition & packaging. If the packaging is missing or damaged, we reserve the right not to consider exchange or refund. We also reserve the right to charge to replace damaged or missing packaging.
How to Return Your Product
✅ Include your return slip in the parcel.
✅ Or add a note with: Your Name & Order Number, Reason for return
✅ Ensure the product is in its original packaging, clean, dry and with no odour.
🚚 Choose a reliable courier—we highly recommend a trackable service, as J4K cannot be responsible for lost or delayed returns in transit.
Please note: J4K does not offer free returns, and original postage costs are non-refundable for exchanges or refunds.
If requesting store credit, mention this in your cover note. Please allow 24 hours for the credit to be applied.
Returning Faulty Items
If your product has a fault, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for inspection. We cannot accept products after 30 days.
🧼 Please ensure the product is clean and dry before returning. If products are wet, dirty, or have an odour, this may delay the process or result in the item being sent back to you.
📅 Faulty product inspections are processed within 1-2 working days.
IMPORTANT: There is no need to email us for updates once you have confirmation we have received your return (This will not speed up the process)
